1. Get exit ticket; notice you will be required to say how many pages you read.
2. Homework due: Draft Letter --> make sure you PASTE it at the top of your speech so it's easy to find.  It should be the first thing I read.
3. Today you will be reading a major portion of the Book Thief and working on the corresponding questions.  Pages 1-55 and questions [click here] are due on May 17th (maroon) and May 18th (white).  Mr. Potts has the questions in hard copy as well.
1. The narrator is Death...keep this in mind as you start to imagine what he/she is like
2. There is a bowl of sticky notes (front of room) if you want some to keep track of the color allusion discussed in your homework.
4. Fill out exit ticket, complete with your page number completion.
