Poetry Share, Book Thief poem due & Guest Visitor

Final Study Guide & Poetry

Outline of today:

  1. Print out your own "Color Motif Poem" about yourself. 
    1.  Make a packet with the final draft on top, your rough drafts on the bottom.  
    2. Pass in to Ms. Peterson with notes on what poetic devices you used (see Sea Spray example).  
  2. Write your Book Thief "Color Motif Poem."
    1. Use fill-in-the-blank template if that helps.
    2. Print out.
    3. Note which poetic devices you used.
  3. Poetry share next class!

Revise Paint Chips, Read, and Senior Projects

Paint Chips and Senior Projects

When you complete that, be reading toward the end of The Book Thief.  This is due Friday for Maroon days and Monday for White days.
